Summary of Experience – Counsel II, Commercial @ Affirm

Tailored from your background for this role. Paste it at the top of your CV when you apply.

Why this is a fit

This commercial contracts role at a fintech aligns with your target industry and remote-US preference, but your core expertise is ERISA, employee benefits, and HIPAA—not commercial drafting and negotiation of revenue-generating agreements, which is the central requirement here; the 5+ years of complex commercial contracting experience is also a gap relative to your ~4 years focused on benefits/labor law.
