Why this is a fit
This Senior Counsel role at a Fortune 100 financial services firm matches your seniority band and target industry, but the function centers on commercial contracting and payments network law (Pulse/Discover debit, Durbin/Reg. II, ATM products), which is materially different from your ERISA, employee benefits, and HIPAA specialization—your legal expertise would not translate directly to payment card regulatory and commercial contracting work.
