Why this is a fit
Your ERISA, HIPAA, and employee benefits compliance expertise maps directly to the core regulatory frameworks this role requires, and your in-house experience advising on plan governance and product compliance aligns well with the GRC build-out mandate; however, the role asks for 7+ years and a demonstrated track record of building compliance programs from scratch in a high-growth startup environment, which slightly exceeds your ~4 years of in-house experience and corporate-employer background.
