Why this is a fit
The Corporate Counsel title and 3+ year requirement align with your legal function and seniority band, and Washington D.C. is within your target geography, but this role centers on commercial contracts, AI/data privacy, and energy/tech regulatory matters—far from your core ERISA, employee benefits, and HIPAA specialization—making it a functional mismatch despite the title fit.
