Why this is a fit
The role is Director-level legal counsel at a financial services firm in your target DC/Virginia market, but the required specialty is ad tech, digital tracking, and data privacy (GLBA, CCPA) — not ERISA, employee benefits, or HIPAA compliance, which is your core expertise; your background lacks the privacy product counseling and ad tech experience the posting explicitly requires.
