Why this is a fit
The role is a commercial/technology contracts counsel position at a fintech, which only partially overlaps with your ERISA, employee benefits, and HIPAA specialization; the fintech industry and remote-US location are strong matches, but the core work (SaaS agreements, vendor contracts, TPRM) diverges significantly from your demonstrated legal function.
