Director, Assistant General Counsel - US Commercial Contract & Product (Discover Network) The Capital One Legal Department is seeking an experienced and collaborative corporate/commercial contract attorney to join our growing Global Payment Network Legal team. This role involves providing essential legal advice and support on a variety of commercial initiatives and transactions for the Discover Network, working closely with business and legal partners across the organization. About the Role: The attorney will provide support for the Discover Network on the US Commercial and Product legal team with a focus on merchant relationships. The ideal candidate should have expertise in commercial contracting.
