Summary of Experience – Director, Assistant General Counsel - US Commercial Contract & Product (Discover Network) @ Capital One Ventures (advisory track)

Tailored from your background for this role. Paste it at the top of your CV when you apply.

Why this is a fit

The role is in-house legal at a financial services company in locations you target (McLean, VA; New York, NY), but the core function is commercial contracting and payment network law, which is far from your ERISA/employee benefits/HIPAA specialization; the seniority level (8-10+ years required) also exceeds your approximately four years of in-house experience.
