Why this is a fit

This role sits at the intersection of AI governance, technology transactions, privacy, and cybersecurity — areas well outside your core ERISA/employee benefits/HIPAA compliance expertise, and the job explicitly requires experience advising on AI, machine learning, or data governance, which is not evidenced in your background. While the legal industry and seniority band align and DC is a listed location, the functional mismatch is too substantial to rate this a strong fit.
