Why this is a fit
The role is general commercial/IP litigation counsel at a tech company, while your background centers on ERISA, employee benefits, and HIPAA compliance — the employment-litigation overlap is partial but the core commercial and IP litigation duties are outside your demonstrated expertise; the Virginia location matches your target geography but the position explicitly states it is not remote.
